We want you to feel fabulous in your Never Fully Dressed pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from delivery to return your items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Choose Your Method

Select your preferred return carrier and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

Drop Off & Track

Drop your package at your nearest authorized collection point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
