The top is a soft and stretchy T-shirt material, that features ruched seams down the sides (so you can wear slightly scrunched for your desired length and fit), an elasticated top seam to prevent slipping, and detachable straps. Our founder loves to wear this dress with the top around her waist, and pairs it with one of our Miley shirts.
